Directions

From London

Take the A21 towards Hastings. Pass through Flimwell, Hurst Green, John's Cross, Sedlescombe, Kent Street, go under the bridge  into Hastings - Focus (DIY) on your left, Bartletts Garage & Sainsbury's on  your right. Continue down the A21 into Seddlescome Road North. Follow the signs to Brighton and turn right into Filsham Road. No. 28 is near the bottom of the hill just before Collinswood Drive on the left hand side.

From Bexhill

Take the A259 towards Hastings. Cross the roundabout at Glynde Gap (business park on your right B&Q, PC World etc). Go past the first set of traffic lights (Harley Shute Road). At the next set of traffic lights, turn left into Filsham Road (signposted to London). No. 28 is on the right just after Collinswood Drive.

From Rye

Take the A259 towards Hastings, passing through Winchelsea Beach, Icklesham and Guestling. Follow the Old London Road to the Sea (Hastings old town) and follow to the right along the sea front, past the Marina & onto Bexhill Road. Turn Right into Filsham Road at the traffic lights after passing under the bridge. No. 28 is on the Right, just after Collinswood Drive.
